CONTINUING NURSING EDUCATION (CNE)
Community Health Nursing department of Bombay Hospital College of Nursing organized a CNE on 16th February 2021 ” from 10 am to 1 pm on the theme “Road to Health Schemes and its utilization: Nurse’s perspective. Co-ordinator Ms.Dernit Ancilin, Associate Professor briefed about the sessions. Total 100 trained nurses had enrolled and 60 trained nurses were participated in the programme. The programme started with a prayer song by student nurses followed by Lamp Lighting. Introductory speech was given by Mrs.Suchita S. Sawant, Principal.
Dr.Sureshkumar Ray, Associate Professor & HOD, Dept of Community Health Nursing, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Nursing, Pune elaborated the topic “Make in India – Related to Health Technology”. Ayushman Bharat Yojana the other element of the theme was highlighted by Mrs.Namita Pathak, Lecturer from Sadhu Vaswani College of Nursing, Pune.
The faculty of Community Health Nursing department of Bombay Hospital College of Nursing had a panel discussion on Govt. Health Schemes for different age groups. Chairperson Dr.Manisha Rawade, Vice Principal and panelist Ms.Anu Joshi, Assistant Professor; Ms.Rima deepti Patil, Tutor and Ms.Mansi Hirlekar, Tutor.
The programme concluded with a Vote of thanks by Ms.Rimadeepti Patil, Tutor.
